Thassos is a green, mountainous Greek island in the northern Aegean Sea, known for its pine forests, marble quarries, and clear waters. From a sailing perspective, it is an attractive stop for yachts cruising between mainland northern Greece and the eastern Aegean. The island offers several sheltered anchorages and small ports, with Limenas (Thassos Town) in the north serving as the main harbour.

All long weekend sailing trips start on Thursday afternoon and end on Sunday (9am)
Departing from Kavala
Islands: Thassos. We may sail to Lemnos or Samothrace but it is TBC due to the weather, it is a longer distance.
A Day on Board
2-5 hrs sailing per day, designed to combine sailing, creativity, rest, and connection.
Morning
'Me time' , Breakfast on board
Guided Creative Session - capturing light, movement, sea atmosphere. Composition and color basics and more
Anchor in a calm bay for swimming, snorkeling, floating, or relaxing.
Mediterranean Lunch on board or in the coastal towns
Afternoon
Quiet creative time: independent sketching, journaling, watercolor practice, or resting.
Evening
Coastal Exploration
Picturesque marinas, golden hour colors, urban sketching. Imagine colorful architecture and boat reflections to inspire you
Dinner in a local taverna or on board if we are anchored in a bay
Stargazing while anchored to end a day full of creativity
Costs: 650 EUR
Includes:
• 3 nights in a double cabin - Thursday - Sunday
• Licensed skipper
• Sailing training (optional if you are interested you can learn on the go and assist with easy tasks)
• Daily plein air sketching sessions, drawing guidance, mindfulness practices, brief talks on marine art history
• Art supplies
•Breakfast, snacks and refreshments on board.
Additional costs:
• Approx 100€ (marina fees, cleaning and fuel for the duration of the trip)
• Flights/ Transport to the marina (assistance provided)
